Kdaj umrlo osebo najbolj pogrešate?
Ker smo v obdobju praznikov, bo za nas, ki imamo tako ali drugačno izkušnjo samomora, težko obdobje. Spominjali se bomo vsake malenkosti, ki smo jo skupaj počeli z umrlo osebo, spominjali se bomo, kako bi ta oseba praznik naredila še bolj prazničen, celo, kako bo postavila okrasje na mizo. Obdobje, ki nas čaka bo peklensko, nabito s čustvi jeze in žalosti. Zato se v teh dneh obkrožimo s prijatelji, zapolnimo si dneve, ko pa nam bo tesno pri srcu, prižgimo svečko ali pa se celo pogovorimo z osebo, kot da bi bila v tem trenutku z nami. Lahko smo jezni, jokamo, smo nemirni… a polagam vam na srce, ne uničujte svoje duše, naj ta čustva v vas ne ostajajo predolgo, ker boste ubili same sebe. Vsi samo ljudje in vsak ima pravico, da na situacijo odreagira drugače, ampak najprej je potrebno pomisliti na sebe in svojo prihodnost, svoja čustva. Sedaj si na prvem mestu samo TI!

Kako ste odreagirali ob izgubi svojca. Vemo, da se vsak drugače, na podlagi izkušenj in vzgoje v tej situaciji obnaša drugače. Se vam je bilo težko vrniti v delovno okolje/ šolo?
Kot sem lahko razbrala iz ankete, ki sem jo izvedla za diplomsko delo, se ljudje na splošno niso zaprli vase, saj so se o situaciji pogovarjali z ostalimi družinskimi člani in prijatelji. Pohvalila bi dejstvo, da so nekateri poiskali strokovno pomoč, kar je več kot dobrodošlo. Zanimivo pa je dejstvo, da se velika večina težko vrne v normalno življenje, saj je v slovenij samomor še vedno tabu. Vsi, ki smo se kdaj srečali s samomorom, vemo, da smo v očeh drugih ljudi ubogi in da nas pomilujejo, kar nas postavi v še težjo situacijo. Hkrati se moramo zavedati, da je samomor šok za vse prizadete. Ni važno, kako smo si blizu z ostalimi ljudmi, oni ne vedo, kako odreagirati in ker je v človeški naravi, da na žalost in izgubo odreagiramo s pomilovanjem, jih poskušajmo nekako razumeti. Želijo nam dobro, a ne znajo ozavestiti svojih besed.
